These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdok11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the bdok11 website located at https://bdok11.net and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by logging in to an existing account, by depositing funds, by placing any wager, or by accessing any part of the bdok11 platform in any capacity, you confirm and acknowledge that:

Age Verification (KYC): bdok11 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Verification documentation required includes a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport clearly showing your full legal name and date of birth, together with proof of your registered payment method. • Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdok11 customer support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access your bdok11 account or use the platform in any way.

bdok11 monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above prohibitions may be suspended immediately and without prior notice. bdok11 reserves the right to void any bets or game results associated with prohibited conduct and to withhold any balances associated with such activity pending investigation.

bdok11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and reasonable discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed account belonging to a player under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through account settings or via support.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months).
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful direction requiring account closure.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your bdok11 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions apply to the balance. If you close your account and later wish to re-register, a new account may be opened subject to eligibility, unless a permanent self-exclusion was in place at the time of closure.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months will be designated as dormant. A maintenance fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule communicated at the time of account activation. bdok11 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will never reduce a verified balance below zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdok11 and its officers, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, account information, or transaction history arising from circumstances outside bdok11's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the bdok11 platform.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or others).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. bdok11's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdok11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability: bdok11 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdok11 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but gives no warranty as to continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will, where practicable, be communicated in advance via the platform.

Game Provider Terms: Certain games on the bdok11 platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules, RTP rates, and mechanics of these games are governed by the respective providers' certified game rules. bdok11 is not responsible for errors in third-party game software, provided that bdok11 takes reasonable steps to ensure that only certified, independently audited games are made available on the platform.

If you have a complaint about the outcome of a game or a betting market, you should contact bdok11 support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. bdok11 will investigate the complaint and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. bdok11's decision on game outcome disputes is final where the outcome has been determined by a certified RNG or a verified live sports result.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general legal principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bdok11's standard complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
